Please listen to the options carefully, calls will only be answered at the allocated times and if you go through to the wrong extension you will be asked to call again and push the correct option.

DUE TO COVID19 THE CURRENT APPOINTMENT SYSTEM HAS CHANGED TO BOOK ON THE DAY TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The clinician will provide a face to face consultation if they feel this is appropriate. 

Please note that if you wish to discuss more than one problem please ask to book a double appointment, the doctors can only deal with one problem in a single appointment.

Please note that reception staff are trained as Care Navigators which mean that they are able to support and signpost patients to the right NHS and community services, to assist you they may have to ask a few questions.  

All nurse and phlebotomy appointments should be made in advance.

Currently consultations are assessed by telephone consultation.  If the clinician would like to see you they will make arrangements for you to come into the surgery.  

Please call the surgery at 8am to make an appointment. 

Please make an appointment with our Nurses or Healthcare Assistants at least a week in advance if possible.

If you have an appointment but discover that you will not be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer that slot to another patient.
